Animal Shipping I ship all animals via Fed Ex Priority Next day to your door. Most shipments are guaranteed there by 10:30 am. I will also ship USPS for all animals but snakes as long as they say it will be there by noon next day. All guarantees are void if shipped by USPS. I am contracted to ship over night with UPS but I find Fed Ex is there for cheaper and quicker. Animals are shipped in industry standard shipping boxes that are lined in stryo foam. Animals in summer time where temperatures are high get shipped with a cold pack and winter time shipments animals will have a heat pack. I will not ship where the temperature is 90 degrees or above or where it is 40 degrees or below. Average prices for Fed Ex is $45-55. Average prices for UPS is $55-65. Average price for USPS is $20-25. Please note if you are getting an animal that lives in water shipping prices can be double than what is listed because of the weight of the water! Please e-mail me with your zip code for a shipping cost estimate. Animal Guarantee I guarantee all my animals to be healthy and free from any health problem when shipped. I also guarantee a live arrival on all my animals or your money back. This does not include the price of shipping. If an animal arrives and it is dead you must notify me right away. This can be by a phone call or by an e-mail. I will need photos of the animal that are clear and detailed so that I know it is my animal. I say this because I have had people in the past send me blurry pictures of what I don't know and want their money back. I have NEVER had any of my animals arrive dead with the way that they have been shipped. I will not refund money if no one is home to sign for the package on the first attempt. If you believe you might have trouble being home please let me know and I can have the package held at your local shipping center. If you receive an animal and your are not satisfied please notify me and I will refund you the price of the animal as long as you send it back to me with in 48 hours. I WILL NOT SELL A SICK ANIMAL OR AN ANIMAL THAT I QUESTION ITS HEALTH! I shipped out a leopard gecko through USPS in September right when 9/11 happened. The package never arrived at the new owners house. Three weeks later she arrived and she was still alive in her package. The leopard was a little shaking up but alive. If you have ever had concerns about buying reptiles online and are feeling weird or odd that they are shipped to your house. Rest assure this is how it is done. All your local pet shops get their fish and reptiles via shipping services like Fed Ex and UPS. Animals I will not try to miss-sell any animal or lead anyone on to believe that what I am selling is more than it is. I will sell my animals at a low market cost not retail when ever I can. I will take honest pictures of my animals. Some animals like crested geckos as you know will have two main colors. I will try to post both if possible all though some will get stressed while being photographed and show stronger colors. I can not guarantee that a juvenile animal will stay that color for its life because we both know it won't. If you ever have questions or would like updated photos and you are seriously thinking of purchasing the animal please let me know. I am not a professional photographer so please understand I try my best to take nice, clean, accurate photos. Supplies All products and supplies I will try to keep at the lowest cost possible. If products arrived broken please reseal the package they came in and send it back. I will refund your money or ship you new supplies. I will take up the damages with the shipping company. I will try to make everything easy with the cost of shipping. If I am out of a supply I will try my best to update the website and remove the item. If you order an item that I am out of I will notify you by e-mail letting you know. It will be up to you if you wish to wait for it or get your money back. Shipping Cost Of Supplies Shipping for supplies is done through Fed Ex and USPS. Orders will be processed and shipped with in two days of ordering. It is important that you include a phone number to reach you. If you want your supplies sooner please e-mail you zip code for a quote on shipping. My online shopping cart is set up per item so your shipping cost might be high at times. I will refund your shipping difference to you! Payments I accept credit cards through PayPal and over the phone. Phone order’s with credit cards I only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express. I will also take personal check and money orders. Personal checks must be cleared through my bank before the animal is shipped. My bank is a credit union and takes longer to process personal checks. If you are wanting to pay by a personal check or money order and you are mailing it. You must mail it certified so that I must sign for it. I am into honesty and I want you to know that I got the check and it was me and not some one else.
